This establishment does NOT deserve even a single star. I brought my Lancer Evolution in to have an alternator replaced. I informed the service man that my is NOT I REPEAT NOT to be test drove or operated other than the to and from garage. I did NOT get a phone call to tell me that my vehicle was ready and when I got my vehicle back it had SIX more miles on it than when I left it. Since when does a vehicle need a TEST DRIVE to verify that an alternator functions properly. Ever heard of a multi meter?! Anyway...it is my belie... read more
Online appointment for 11 am,got there 10 min early, guy @ counter said 30-45 min wait said they called to notify of delay but no answer. no missed call, text or email received ( I checked). After I had a little fit he went to remove the old bulb right away, gave it to me and told me to go get a new one I do not know what bulb would work, Then the other guy went t get the new bulb. When I went to pay the 1st guy told me the reg price for headlight replacement is $75.00 but he would only charge me $10.00. Funny? Website says ... read more
I had a Pep Boys tire tread seperate on my truck, at 55mph, which did 2,700 damage to my truck. This tire had a 40k warranty, and had less than 16k on it. They said that I had to file a claim with Cooper Tire, who refused to pay for it. As a former employee, o expected alot more from them. I will never do business with Pep Boys or Cooper tire again.
