Made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived at 130 and didn't get out if there until 515pm. What's the whole point of making an appointment? Terrible.
My wife went in to get a vehicle inspection to start driving for Lyft. They told her she had nails in her tire and it was not repairable. I took the vehicle to Les Schwab (I have an account there) and they found nothing wrong with any of the tires. It seems Pep Boys was just trying to sell my wife tires. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of people. I won't ever be using your business.
They did my oil change when the other location didn't want too. But wtf they hardly put oil into my car. And its a V6 so how is it almost out of oil and its only been 1 day since service was done 4/21/207
Examined my tire and told me no repair or replacement was necessary and returned car to me without charge. An honest auto repair establishment.
So far, nothing but quality work on my vehicles.
