Had an issue with my battery, but the resolved it and carried my new battery to my car. #happycustomer

Why have I been using pepboys for 30 years I must have bumped my head!!!! Enough saved this will be the LAST!!!!!
Received an oil change and came back with a large scratch on my vehicle. Reported it to the management, only to have them be super rude and deny any compensation. Do not come to this location if you don't want your vehicle damaged.
Pep boys has always been an excellent company and my cars love to come in and get groomed...
Pulled up to have air put in my tire service attendant was helpful he recommended that we have that looked at so my husband ask the service people inside the office if he can have them patch or swap out the tire but the guy said couldn't help us his guy was to busy my husband has bad knees service connected I have a broken foot and they couldn't help!!! We had to call AAA so they can swap out our tire ... VERY POOR customer service ��....AAA was disappointed with them also and didn't charge us for the call now that's called ... read more
