RecommendedI needed to replace my tail light bulb and even though Pep Boys is not a service center, the older gentleman was gracious enough to aid me in this slightly complicated procedure. He grabbed his coat and didn't hesitate to help, despite the freezing temp! I am happy to go there for future purchases.
