Worst Stocked Pep Boys... – I went to Pep Boys hoping I would be able to find a suitable chain and lock to lock up my recently acquired '76 Batavus moped as well as a small water proof cover. Very basic items that they claim to stock, however, they always seem to be sold out and or leave products on the shelf that have been tampered with. I did find my oil for my 2 stroke moped and a half ass leaky 2.5 gal gas contained (it leaks and hardly does the job even with proper use.
