I bought four brand-new tires from the Pep Boys in pace, I've had the tires for less than five months they still have new tread on them and I was riding down I 10 and a tire completely blew up on me so I went in to ask the pep boys if there was anything they could do for me and they said they couldn't ...so for me and my business I will go somewhere else now to buy my tires.
I stopped by the one on 9th Ave in Pensacola,FL. All I wanted was just have a flat tire fix. I walked in and the service manager was helping 3 customers. The first 2 he helped was kind of fast. But when he started to help the 3rd customer, he was taking forever explaining every tire to that customer. Then he started to find her some kind of brochure or maybe an application.
