my brakes went out last night. also too the manager of the shop broke everything down to me and explain to me what would happen if I fix one and didn't fix the other. and also to he just saved me probably about $800 if I decided to fix one so Pep Boys 9th Avenue thank you so much
Went for an oil change about a year ago--by the looks of the oil at the recent change I do not believe that they put mobil one in my car. never saw the car go up on a lift and there is no pit under the bay that it was in. Will not patronise that store again.

Took my car in today for oil change and to have the brakes checked. So happy Andrew was the one that serviced the car. He took the time to answer my questions and to show me the difference between new rotors and “spun” rotors. He explained the wear on brake pads on unspun rotors and was extremely helpful!
We were traveling home and our 1979 Dodge Van needed immediate belt replacements if we were going to arrive safely. The staff was courteous and helpful and even though we had a 3 hour wait the kindness and professionalism was appreciated. Thanks guys for a job well done!
