Worst service department in IL! Oil change and brake check in at 10:19 am out at 2:39 pm with 1 car ahead of me! Retail manager and employees talking eating chips and drinking Gatorade! Retail manager older bald white guy ( no one had on name tags) was unbothered by my repeat complaints about the time! Only person the apologies is the black guy in service with locks in his hair. Ruined my entire day

All the Guys at Hodgkin's Pep Boys are fantastic....I have recommended them to all my Friend's
Hodgkins il. Store not trustworthy, I just install shocks on all four corners, they told me I need rear changed??? Told me my power steering system was bad??? No....pressure hose leaks around fitting...before I left told me I needed chamber adjust they can't do it....but I have a one year warranty on alignment???? I'm starting to think they not trusting??
Wally greeted me took my car in he looked at my problem,gave me an estimate,fixed my car,paid and shook my hand and thanked me for my service. Very timely.Awesome!!!
Had to get a tire replaced- they were closest spot. With no appointment, they had me out in under two hours- thanks!
