Had a very frustrating experience at Pep Boys today. Arrived at 8:00 AM (opening time). It took three hours for them to pull the van in and look at it. It took another 45 minutes for them to replace one shock absorber. Beyond that they were rude and expensive. Worst customer service ever. Oh well... the car is fixed and life goes on; but, we don't recommend going to Pep Boys
How dare you treat a service member the way you have! I am appalled at the treatment my friends son has received by this store. Going to charge for storage of his truck, unable to tell his dad, who's a top notch mechanic, what's wrong with it even. Now they have to travel to get him and the truck and tow it back to NY. Thankfully he had friends that were able to give him a place to stay. Waited for 3 hours after my appointment time and they still hadn't taken my car, and so I left. Don't take appointment if you also going to operate as a first come first serve AND let people you know cut line.
