Terrible experience. I scheduled a synthetic oil change yesterday. On their website it offered a 30 minute guarantee with appointment and was $49.99 with coupon. Not only was I charged over $60, but I was there for well over an hour. When I asked the cashier about it, he said that it was because they used an "unrefined" oil and that's why I was charged so much. I would think that should have been discussed prior to just doing it. I had posted a review in Dec. that was meant for the 71st & Memorial store. I just noticed the location here is Admiral so wanted to clarify that.
I had an appointment to get belts changed at 1 o'clock. I've been there before and will generally go for a walk and come back I was told it would take an hour to an hour 20 minutes tops. So I come back before the hour and 20 minutes to get my car and he has not even popped the hood its been sitting in that bay and there was only one car ahead of me and no other cars in the shop.
