We were traveling from Sacramento to Downey when our tire busted. We had our van towed to the nearest Pep Boys. Their store has the 'store promise' printed in large fonts. The service we received from that place was totally opposite of what we were promised. First, the clerk, Rafael Cisneros could not read the correct part # from the computer to write on the paper. I'd recommend this place It's a fairly large store with lots of tools and car accessories. The customer service here is good, and they've never had me waiting around when I need to ask a question. The auto repair center is what I mostly visit when I come to Pep Boys. As someone said earlier, they've got a huge selection of tires and have great prices. I have been buying all my tires for years here because of this and have never had a complaint. You can get a really good deal on some decent tires, or purchase all the Goodyear... read more
