Customer service was the best. Tire we changed quickly with no problems.
Ive never made a google review before but this was by far the worst interaction I have ever had with someone I was trying to get a service from and dont want other people wasting their time like I did. I came here and was immediately met with a nasty attitude by the employee. I made an appointment online the day prior, my email said "your appointment is confirmed and youre in our books" when I arrived I told them I was there for my appointment and the employee laughs at me and just said "no". Customer service is terrible. I booked an appointment online for tires earlier in the week apparently they do not check to see if your tires are available until the time of your appointment. Very inconvenient to drive all the way there and for him not to offer me another option. Just your tires aren’t in you want me to give you a call when they get here. This place will never get a penny from me.
