How do I give ZERO stars ? March 2025. This company rips people off by “ finding” a problem that wasn’t there to begin with to UPSALE labor and parts. Itemized bill takes 30 minutes to scrutinize… you can never speak to the mechanic that worked on your car. Customer service over the phone is frustrating at best. No continuity with explaining or charges. It’s as if monkeys are at the keyboard. Do. NOT go here. FORGET about calling corporate office…. not one spark of ethics or integrity with this company.
