Pep Boys gets this "1 Star" survey because of their persistence in sending email after the service, without any way to unsubscribe. I did not pay for service at Pep Boys just to get on their indefinite mailing list with no way to get off.
The manager Trip and technician, were very helpful on a Sunday morning when I had a flat tire on departure day to return home. Highly recommend!
