Do not use this location. Scheduled an appointment to have all four tires replaced at 11am. Dropped the vehicle off at 10am. Were told it would be ready by 1pm. 2pm and we still hadn't received a text or a call. We called and sat on hold for about 7 minutes and when the guy finally comes back we're told they haven't even started on the car.
I wanna take the opportunity and thank Jorge, Ruben and Johnny because they fixed my husband’s car, yesterday. Something that another company messed up and couldn’t fixed but these three guys took the time and went above and beyond to fix the problem. As I sat there, waiting for the car to be done, I told myself oh boy, it’s gonna be a pretty penny when Jorge sat next to me and explain what they did, and then he gave me the grand total, which was zero dollars I was surprised and shocked, that good people still exists. Thank you to rubin and gorge. I hit a pot hole very um experctedly and for a last minute service they where not only quick and easy. They where very kind and considerate when i was emotional about my situation. I will be back just for gorge and Rubinstein excellent expert service.
