They charged me for an oil change but did nothing. I had to tow my car to the dealership, and they said Pep Boys did a terrible job. Very bad experience.
I was treated so well by the staff and that is true for my previous visits also. I like that the building has a sensible atmosphere if you need to wait for the car. I've been to some that seemed to be close to hysteria which doesn't instill much confidence in the customer. Pep Boys always make sure of the accuracy of the my description before beginning the job. They are a pleasure to talk with and Pep Boys are fortunate to have them. I do not own a digital camera or a smart phone so I can't provide any photo or video. Sorry.
They stayed finished up the job and now I have cold AC!
