Pep Boys, what a joke of a vehicle repair place!! $30. to pull a nail out of a tire and plug it! Oil change cost me $140. Rip-off doesn’t even come close to what this bandaid of a repair shop Pep Boys is! Zero communication and the whole process took 3.5 hours! Ladies, I Do NOT recommend!! Go Anywhere else…please!
absolutely garbage. was there for 7+ hours and car completely stopped working within a couple hours of leaving. the man at the store today was incredibly unhelpful and refuses to assist over the phone.
