I just had to pick up order here that I had to actually drop off so, I picked up at advance Auto and I dropped it off at pep boys so I didn't have any kind of service done here I was just doing the doordash drop off here

This particular visit didn't go well. This place lack communication. Their communication skills are terrible. If you order a part for a customer, the part arrives but you decide not to inform the customer, I feel that's a problem. Poor communication is a business worse nightmare in my opinion. Then you tell the customer that you called but the customer has no missed calls or no voicemail from you. Poor communication is a problem.

This is a scam place everyone should stay away from I brought my car here to be checked they told me my tire was damaged beyond repair need to be replaced with a new one for more than $326 and wait for them to order in 2-3 days. and I agreed and paid. but I didn't believe it so I still drove my car to BMW to check again and was informed that due to cold weather the tires often give errors just need to add air my tires are fine. And I went back to this place in Less than 30 minutes to politely inform them that it was my fault... read more
