Professional, courteous, timely, met all expectations. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a garage. The manager here is simply off the chart with her abilities knowledge and customer engagement.
Waited almost 2hrs for just a tire rotation. They texted me that my vehicle was ready. When I was sitting waiting on it in the lobby the entire time. And I was on a conference call, and didn't see the text. I just so happened to see my truck sitting in the parking lot, and I thought that was very inpersonal when they knew I was waiting on the truck.
