I brought my own rotors and brakes to have installed. They charged me one hour of labor PER WHEEL. the work took and hour max, but I was charged $145/ hr for four hours labor. Putting brakes and rotors on my car was $560!! Do you think the mechanic makes $145/hr? More like $25, if he’s lucky. While he had the tires off, I wanted a rotation, but was told that was another LABOR FEE. Big shout out to Michael! I left work at 6pm just to find out I had a nail in my tire so I ran over to pep boys to have them take a look at it. Michael came over to look at it and he informed me it was not repairable but he quickly helped me find a tire for a great price! he and I believe Decarius had me out in no time! Thank you guys so much for saving the day :)
They are great at Pep Boys! I've brought just about all my vehicles to them and never had a disappointment. They are honest, friendly and have great customer service.
