Recommendedthis pepboys is terrible. lady brought her bmw to the shop I work at cause the pep boys said they couldn't get the lug nuts off. I got them off with no problem. so she went back and they still couldn't get them off and stripped 4 lug nuts on top of it. now I have to do double the work to get these wheels off now cause your mechanics suck. thanks pep boys
I was told by another garage that my car needed transmission fluid but they couldn’t add it because they don’t sell it. After trying at least a half a dozen places the guys at Pep Boys saved me! They added the transmission fluid I bought and were so kind and helpful! I will only go to this shop from now on.
First time customer and very pleased at service, and professionalism. of the service manager and mechanics. It there is a problem, they will fix it.
These guys are super honest! Never gone to a more reliable place! They’re always friendly and do what they can to help me out.
