Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced as I left in disgust. Go somewhere else where u won't be treated like garbage.

not too long of a wait ...not too expensive and honest
Traveling home from Long Island to MA and our car started to overheat. It ended up being something fixable and thanks to the awesome mechanics, especially Ricardo! They were friendly and so helpful. Thankfully we’re getting back home to MA tonight because of them. Thank you so much guys!
Worst service our of any store I have ever been to. Ordered online for a store pick up get the email it's ready to be picked up when I get to the store the associate tells me sometimes with online orders they have to be transfered from the hub store, and wouldn't get it till 5 hours later.(define ready for pick up) The hub store in queens village I asked him to call and confirm they have in Stock before I waste anymore time apparently the phone system at the other store was down. The staff here is unbelievably fantastic from the managers to the service guys to the parts guys as well . Take my car to this location all the time and always leave happy. Fast , reliable ,you can trust the work and they help you along the way and tell you any important info needed for your car .
