they took my money and did nothing. said they turned the rotors...they didn't. car shook worse after I left than when I took it in.
Repair Warning: dishonest repair manager at Indio location . Avoid this pep boys location! I have been using pep boys for my car repairs for the last 20 years and when my car broke down from traveling from Arizona to California with my wife and kids, I called their repair facility to make sure they could fix my car before I had it towed in. Don’t ever take their word when they tell you how much a repair is going to cost. It will be different depending on who you talk to, and when you ask, “so, how much will that cost me?” They’re not gonna give you the full answer. Plus, who charges $90 just to lift the hood and look? Pep Boys, Anaheim Hills, that’s who!
These are honest, hard working people. I truly appreciate them! I came in to simply get my battery replaced for my vehicle. Not only did they give me a good price, they corrected an issue I've had with my tires and brakes free of charge! Thank you!!
They have always done right by me over the past 15 years. My only complaint is that they did a computer upgrade last year and all of my service records disappeared. Just another reason for the old way...paperwork!!! World too reliant on computers now.
Your Anaheim Hills location has the worst service I have ever seen. I will never go back - last week we had an appointment for an oil change and you finished it 5 hours later. Today, I had an appointment for changing 4 tires and now they tell me at least 3 hours. I will never take any of our vehicles there again. I will also warn my friends and neighbors of these circumstances.
