It was okay for inspection I need Brakes in like about five thousand miles I said it's over 350 bucks they quoted me I called him Parts I can buy all the parts I need for under a hundred bucks
Pep boys suck. They wanted to replace my whole exhaust bs a repair that was fairly inexpensive got it fixed else where. How sad you take advantage on people that don't know better Oh yeah they also shoved the wrong wipe blade on my car once they apparently didn't have the right on in stock They deserve no stars
The Pep Boys on McKinley in Blasdell is outstanding!!!
Spent over $700 on 4 new tires less then a week front passenger tire was flat, and noticed they didn't put the caps back on, waited 3 hours for a them to put a new tire on, and now after owning the "new" tires less then a month rear driver side tire is flat!!!!! Never again will I waste my time and money!!!!!
Great service in and out fast . Only reason 4 and not 5 stars is waiting room is horrible and guy who did inspection didn't clean off the old one completely and put new one on crooked ....
