I made an appointment last week. My car is due for inspection and an oil change. Whoever took the appointment never put mine in. I just had a baby 11 days ago and I had no choice but to bring her with me. I brought my daughter with me for absolutely no reason and put both of our healths at risk due to someone’s inability to do their job. They offered to get it done today but I had an appointment 2 hours from when I made the appointment and needed to be done before then, again, why I made an appointment to begin with.

So I go to buy new tires and an inspection. They tell me I need an additional $1200 in work to pass inspection. Ask to show me and they say oh I already took it off the lift but we have the parts in stock (hmmm shady won't show me). I decline the work and they fail my inspection. Take it immediately to a dealership and it passed inspection no problem. Hmmm seems to me there are some shady practices happening here. They surely tried taking advantage of me. I had a power steering problem with my 2007 Trailblazer leaking and squeaking. They were able to replace the part and added new power steering fluid. All done within 1 hour.
Ben in the service department was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Desperately needed an alignment and was able to get it done, on a Sunday! Thanks again.
