Pep boys is AWESOME had to get a new valve stem and originally told me I'd have to wait about an hour but when I went in they put everything else to the side to get it done for me right away. That's good customer service �
Just wanted to stop and give everyone there a big shout out you guys are awesome! Alot of businesses have lost the art of customer service but you guys are rocking it!
Service tech was nice enough, bought four tires got three of one size and one of a different size, probably won't go back
You make an appointment but when you get there 20 minutes before you find out that they're "2 hours behind" but couldn't give you a call hours prior to your appointment and say that there is only 1 tech yet the guy is standing at the desk and another guy is driving a car out of the bay. A phone call would've been nice. Assholes. �
I just took my car to Pep Boys earlier because my car was overheating, and the last couple years my car has had its head gasket timing belt front brakes rear brakes and radiator replaced I asked them to check for any leaks and they say it's the head gasket I have my car towed to a different shop they find a leak my car got fixed for less than the hundreds and hundreds of dollars they were telling me it was going to cost. I will never go back they wasted my entire day off
This place has no organization whatsoever. Clueless and dishonest location. I even walked out on a simple Oil Change that they could not even get done right.
One of the hardest working commercial managers was recently fired. Very disappointed! I don't know him personally but he was very thorough and respectful. Damn shame.
Gabe is an angel. It's 15 degrees and his customer service was impeccable as he helped me with my over complicated car Stay strong in the Lord brother #GodIsGood
