My daughter and husband just had their first experience at PepBoys. The manager, Tony, was rude, hateful, and condescending. They just purchased a project truck and plan on spending several hundred dollars in the next few weeks. My daughter had already picked out several novelty items from your store she wanted to buy. Thanks to Tony's bad attitude they will be taking their business elsewhere and urging all of their friends to do the same.
Total rip off and nearly ruined my car! I had to have my brakes redone because they did a terrible job on them! Glue everywhere!
Total rip off, my wife went to get a new belt, they told her she needed a new starter, 4 hours and $500 later they tell her she needs a new flywheel. She couldn't afford the additional $1000 and 2 days. This vehicle has never had a problem starting, and now the belt noise is worse than ever!

Don't EVER GO HERE. And definitely don't listen to Marcus. Because of him, my week and a half old truck is being TOWED AWAY. He told us the wrong size lug nuts and it ended up stripping the wheel studs! And when we went to the store and they said they wouldn't fix it. Then we called corporate and made a complaint, and we are STILL having to pay for THEIR mistake. NEVER GOING BACK TO PEP BOYS!!! I would give them no stars if I could!
4 thumbs down.. ..after waiting 2 hours for an oil change & wiper blades installed with a coupon. .$68.00 I'm thinking Walmart. .•°○□■●▪¤☆
