Just took my truck in for diagnostic, they fixed my problem and charged me a reasonable price. Ben Wilcox explained everything to me and got my ok before performing the work. Thanks for your honesty and good work.
I won't came back to this place for service, I thought once you got appt, you get service right up, but not I was wrong even with appointment have to wait 3 and half hours , even after waiting ,they couldn't gave an stimate for repair ...so I left without answers
Crap service and manager is a Condescending dick ! They will waste your time and money at any opportunity . Made an appointment to be turned away twice for them to finally say I'd be better off taking it to a dealer to get brakes done ..... how is this place still in business ?
Ben Wilcox is a great job assisting me with the issues on my 2008 Lexus ES 350. He was very professional and patience to make sure my headlight issue was completely resolved. Ben went above and beyond to make sure I had the best customer service experience and that I was completely satisfied.
Took my car in for a new battery. After waiting almost three hours they tell my my alternator is missing a belt and i need to go to the dealership. They refused to charge my battery because "it was too dangerous to drive without an alternator belt" and made me pay $150 to have my car towed. Get to the dealership and it's only the battery. My car is a hybrid and the alternators don't have belts���. Called at least three time and was told the manager would call back and never did. Will NEVER go there again.
If I could rate it lower I would. Scheduled 3 times to fix my van but they had no one that knew how to. Then I get an oil change they break my radio and mess up my window. They didn't do anything on the list for an oil change because they said they didn't have time. Then don't do the job is its half a@@. Then tried to tell me they couldn't check my air filter because they would have to take my engine out. What the heck?!?!? They really have no idea what they are doing.
I made an appointment this morning to get work done on my vehicle after scheduling everything around it to make it work. They called 2 hours before my appointment to tell me they don't have anyone to work on my vehicle after 5pm and I would have to come in on a weekend to get it done. Don't have the option to make a appointment if you can't stand by it, they are "normally short handed and haven't been able to do work after 5pm for a while" I suggest you fix your problems or you will continue to lose customers.
