Service with a smile! We’re new to this area of OKC and decided to give Pep Boys a try for an oil change. Online booking is a bit glitchy (can’t cancel or change appointments) but employees in person are more than helpful.
Had a flat tire, the crew fixed it within 15 minutes excellent service! Service manager took care of it!
Use a different pep boys this location is absolutely out to screw you!
Your district manager needs to call Lee Carroll ASAP he said he was going to look at some video footage from where are vehicle was broken into while it Pep Boys in their custody they left it outside with all the doors unlocked and everything in it was stole this guy told my wife that he was going to review the footage and get back with her it's been over a month I think I'm just going to go to Channel 2 News because I think y'all are incompetent of doing your job
