If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Horrible service, I was made to feel like it was my fault that they didn’t do something right that could have gotten me seriously hurt and not even a sorry for something they did wrong. I will be contacting corporate

Sign said 30 minute oil change with an appointment. I didn't have one and the counter man said it would be an hour and a half. Over 3 hours later it was pulled out and I had to go ask if it was done.
We called a couple different places to get tires and were told "we'll try to get you in...we may not be able to though..". The guys at Pep Boys got us Right in and took care of my car...No Problem! They also gave me a quote for work on our other car.....$300 under the competitor!
This place will tell you that your car needs things it doesn't need. They told me I needed wiper blades even though I told them I had just put brand new ones on the car. I had purchased the wiper blades from them the previous day! They threw away my wipers and mounting pieces and installed a cheaper brand using zip ties to hold them in place! This outfit is not that good old place we remember; it is a gyp joint! Avoid at all costs!
My first time here it took almost 3 hours for a tire change because the guy went on break right after I got there. The second time I decided to make an appointment for my oil change and Lee (once again) told me I would have to wait an hour just for the car to get in (again because he went on break)... A different guy however told me he would have someone else do it so it would get it in 5 mins...got enough of a bad vibe to not come here anymore. Wow
Great service. Had a flat ...2 hours from home! Sunday afternoon 40 minutes from closing. They took care of us..gracious, helpful, and cost effective!! Life savers. Thank you.
