Nine days ago I bought a serpentine belt guarenteed for 1 year. Today 9 days in it broke, I called them and they will not give me my money back..and before I could ask another question..I was hung up on. I have been to this store 2 times in 2 years, mostly out of convenience. Its no loss to me but don't guarentee something that you do not honor.

I went to see about a new battery for my truck, I asked if they could check my current battery to be sure I needed a new one and they wanted to charge me $16 just to check it. I was going to buy a new one there if I needed one, however, I wasn't going to pay them 16 bucks just to check my current battery. I went to Auto Zone instead, they went right out to my truck hooked a tester to my battery and it showed indeed I needed a new one, and the test was free. Car went in for Battery. Then was told fluid poured out of front when backing out, said brake line broke. Had towed to another mechanic, they wanted 900.00 not.including battery. Mechanic confirmed line was messed with! WTF
This place is a joke. They treat their customers just like they treat their employees. How do you make someone work on their vacation? Is that illegal? Your regional manager is just as much a joke. No respect at all to women. Treats you like dirt, all because of something swipped under the rug by your company. You have some good workers in this store but upper management sucks.
