First and foremost I completely understand why this place is given 2.9 stars. I would give zero stars to be perfectly honest. So I had an appointment on December 17th with Josh Auer the APRN. So my appointment was scheduled at 1:15. We sat in the waiting room for a good hour and a half. They called us back and we waited again at least another half hour. Forget trying to get through via phone or getting adequate treatment. Save yourself the headache & go elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are thinking of getting a vasectomy quit putting it off! Schedule now, you won’t regret it. Virtually painless. Do what Dr Banno recommends. Wear a jock strap, use ice and take it easy for two days. They offer Saturday appointments, the staff is friendly and comforting. They tell you how it is and what to expect. They were very straight forward and friendly. They made an awkward situation way less awkward. I would highly recommend using them if you are thinking of getting a vasectomy.

They don’t pick up or return phone calls, and it’s extremely difficult to get someone to answer your questions. The level of professionalism here is basically zero.

My husband was referred to this group for a large kidney stone. They were able to get him in quickly. The staff was wonderful: friendly, professional, concerned, and made us feel welcome. Our tech Jodie was great! We saw Laura, PA, and she made us feel as if we mattered as clients to their practice. We would recommend this group to anyone suffering from a kidney stone.
