Wear a jock strap, use ice and take it easy for two days. They offer Saturday appointments, the staff is friendly and comforting. They tell you how it is and what to expect. They were very straight forward and friendly. They made an awkward situation way less awkward. I would highly recommend using them if you are thinking of getting a vasectomy.
They don’t pick up or return phone calls, and it’s extremely difficult to get someone to answer your questions. The level of professionalism here is basically zero.
My husband was referred to this group for a large kidney stone. They were able to get him in quickly. The staff was wonderful: friendly, professional, concerned, and made us feel welcome. Our tech Jodie was great! We saw Laura, PA, and she made us feel as if we mattered as clients to their practice. We would recommend this group to anyone suffering from a kidney stone.
I also encountered 2 Very Rude staff.. it takes alot for me to give a bad review. This is my 2nd ever. The lady who schedules procedures made a huge mistake it took 4 phone calls that were not answered or returned and a trip to the office the next morning to bring it to their attention and instead of an apology I was met with unexceptable behavior
