Great nurses and staff Front desk can do better.
Dr. Banno gave me my vasectomy here, and he was an amazing doctor. He was very nice to me, and did the procedure quickly and efficiently. He made it as painless as possible for me, and it went very well. I'm still recovering 4 days later, but I'm up and moving, doing what I have to do. Also, the nurses here are extremely nice and understanding, and made me feel very comfortable. Make sure you bring your paperwork and your jockstrap! It's actually important! I would recommend you come here for a vasectomy with Dr. Banno!!

Have told us the wrong dates and times for appointments 3 times and then charges. Very unprofessional office staff. 4 mins late to an appointment because of weather and the provider just left.
