There is so much I could say about this organization that would be very unflattering, but would also be true, but I'm going to do my best not to go overboard with my description. When I was first referred there I saw one physcian within the group, then with no explanation, on my next appointment they transferred me over to Josh, their nurse practitioner. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a doctors office, twice now. I understand why they have such low ratings. I was hardly given 10 minutes to speak to the actual doctor who seemed to be rushing through patients and didn’t explain anything to me. All I had done that day was one urine sample and an ultrasound and they billed my insurance $2,331. After insurance I paid $708 for horrible service. The doctor explained nothing to me, and threw antibiotics at me without any confirmation of any sort of infection at all. I expr... read more

First and foremost I completely understand why this place is given 2.9 stars. I would give zero stars to be perfectly honest. So I had an appointment on December 17th with Josh Auer the APRN. So my appointment was scheduled at 1:15. We sat in the waiting room for a good hour and a half. They called us back and we waited again at least another half hour. Josh came in went over his plan for me and also ordered blood work. I had my medicine at home and he told me not to take any of it until my blood tests came back. He told us ... read more
