My husband was referred to this group for a large kidney stone. They were able to get him in quickly. The staff was wonderful: friendly, professional, concerned, and made us feel welcome. Our tech Jodie was great! We saw Laura, PA, and she made us feel as if we mattered as clients to their practice. We would recommend this group to anyone suffering from a kidney stone.
I also encountered 2 Very Rude staff.. it takes alot for me to give a bad review. This is my 2nd ever. The lady who schedules procedures made a huge mistake it took 4 phone calls that were not answered or returned and a trip to the office the next morning to bring it to their attention and instead of an apology I was met with unexceptable behavior
Went there for a vasectomy and the medical staff couldn’t have been any nicer, more chill or understanding, was a super easy procedure and they helped calm the anxiety I had, Dr Banno literally took less than 20 minutes to complete it AND it was virtually painless I just relaxed, lied down and listened to classical music, if you gotta get it done or want to get it done, go see Dr Banno he’s amazing! :) and as an extra cherry on top of the sundae, the facility IS covered under community care if you’re a veteran that receives ... read more
