Terrible. One of the worst. Dealt with Tristan Ramirez. Horrible customer service and horrible attitude. After reading my Google review I received a harassing call from him demanding I take down my review. After calling back to ask for an executive office or corporate address the receptionist put me back on with him. Tristan is arrogant and cocky and feels as though he is right and everyone is wrong. A lot pissed off right now. Dropped my truck off for a recall issue before a trip to Disney for the kids. Even had santa send them a video telling them of the special trip. Only problem is when I go to pick up my truck , that pulls our trailer, they are closed. Would have been nice if either of the two people I told I was coming to get my truck today would have told me they would be closed. Talk about a ruined Christmas for my 4 and 2 yr old

GREAT SERVICE!!!! After battling the horrible service I have received at another dealership who is now under new management, I called Liberty GMC. Tom the service manager put me in touch with Sam in the service department. Sam made sure I was completely taken care of and fixed all the issues I had concerns with. He dealt directly with my warranty info to get everything possible covered! Thanks Guys! We will now be loyal Liberty GMC customers.
