Dealership sells demo vehicles as new and do not take responsibility for their bumper to bumper guarantee saying a slow leak in the front passenger tire that leaked from the beginning and three service visits was not their responsibility. I had to pay for a new tire and have not checked it that remedied this important check. Possibly to hide the evidence of the Acadia being used as a demo vehicle for 165 miles the floor mats were pulled from the vehicle upon delivery and a week later I had to request they put in the floor ma... read more

Kolton is an amazing salesman. Kind, courteous, and extremely professional. He didn't make my car buying experience feel rushed nor did I feel pressure to buy the first vehicle I showed interest in. We had an awful experience. It took 5 1/2 hours to buy a new truck .We purchased the first and only vehicle we looked at.The finance man was rude. I ask the price of another truck and he would not even tell me the price. He acted as I couldn't afford it so why bother telling me the price. Our vehicle was not detailed when we got home the same trash was in the truck that was in it when we test drove it. We had a great experience at Peoria Liberty GMC. The customer service proved to us that we should purchase our vehicle from Liberty.
