The staff was Great , an I'm going back ,I'm Greatful for an Ins Company that I have was excepted aswell at his office .. Thank x to all the staff on board ..
I was hoping and expecting each treatment to last more than a couple of hours. Morning sessions only give relief until mid afternoon at best. Maybe this is an unrealistic expectation but I probably should have been told what to expect. Staff is very nice and flexible, willing to help when they can.
Dr. Joseph did an excellent job explaining the regenerative option for restoring achy knees to functional. It was easy to understand the process and the financial options. Amanda also did a super job of explaining the treatment plan and administering my first shots. I've had one shot in each knee and already notice improvement. Each employee I've dealt with has been professional and personable. I'm looking forward to completing this treatment plan and to improved health.
