I’ve been waiting for months on medical supplies to the oxygen machine I have to use. Some days the machine will stop working for a period of time. I’ve called on numerous occasions about the machine and the supplies I need but still haven’t received anything nor has anyone come out to check the machine. It’s really frustrating that they seem to not care about taking 2 months to meet a patients needs who has trouble breathing. Terrible customer service. Went to go use a hoyer lift they gave us for the first time on a Saturday after my father was discharged from rehab and it would not fully lift him off the bed. Called customer service and they said they couldn't come out and do anything until Monday. This is terrible! Patients need the products and resources they have asked for! Still waiting for respiratory supplies for almost 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

Look their are some florists And pharmacies that deliver to Yale New Haven Hospital and they are pure pond scum. Why because they park on the sidewalk because they do not want to walk. However for the past year People's Pharmacy does NOT do this. Eli always parks in the parking spot and when I complemented him he said it was the right thing to do.Humble and polite. While the others say that they are there fora short time.
