Veronica, and Lucas are both fantastic with customer service, and I believe they are both genuine human beings. There is one other lady I can't remember her name, but I know she used to have beagles. She and I have that in common. She is one of the sweetest ladies I have met.
Victoria was super knowledgeable and really took the time to answer all my questions. Even though I didn’t end up buying anything, I left feeling like I got some good info for when I’m ready.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the customer service agent who assisted me in actually understanding, not only the design and style I preferred for my ring, but also gave a knowledgeable and informative rundown on the necessary diamond replacement I needed. I believe it was Victoria. Very straight forward, to the point and I felt she grasped my needs quickly.
