POOR customer service POOR product as well how do you expect us to set up a watch when u don’t provide instructions and when we come to the store asking for help 2 time and both times ZERO help was provided fire all your workers bruh has zero knowledge about the product that YOUR company sells WILL NEVER be a return customer here EVER AGAIN will be writing a email or giving a call to the head office

I had to change my review because I did not like the lady who served me. I felt she kept looking around and not engaging in conversations OR even was annoyed with my questions. I felt as if I wasn’t good enough to be dealt with. I bought two pieces today and I want more but maybe I’ll go to another store?
