Just terrible service. The lady in the shop doesn't even greet or ask from the customers to help. No customer service at all.

Peoples you need to do better! I brought my wedding ring in for repair on Feb 10th , the girl who dealt with me was not the friendliness, she did NOT take photos of my ring while I was there , we still have not received any emails with the photos or even saying they have sent it out for the repairs! I have been calling daily since the 11th of February, today I have called over 10 times and not one answer? What is the point in a phone if you literally NEVER answer it.
