I recently worked with Lukus to have the main stone in my wife's wedding ring replaced. Lukus was fantastic; he was extremely knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. He took a significant amount of time to make sure I was happy with the proposed work, kept me updated about the progress of the work, and really went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise.
I only gave 3 stars as their in store customer service was great and the guy that helped my husband and I was very informative and i appreciated all the information he gave us. But I think if a store lists a phone number they need to answer it. I tried calling 17 times with no answer .... now I have to drive back to the location to update contact details. Not very convenient to paying customers.
Came here today just looking for a nice promise ring for my bestie, Lukus was helping me out and he was absolutely amazing and very helpful, if you are looking for nice jewelry with decent prices, would definitely recommend People’s Jewelry at the Oshawa Center

Exceptional customer service in-store at the Oshawa location! I went in there to have a bracelet size adjusted and the sales associate Lukus was incredibly helpful and made my experience very seamless and easy!
