Promised updates which didn't happen and we were available by cell phone, text, and email. Told us we would close in a month and a month turned into 2 and a half months. Could never get hold of anyone by phone. Ever! Always had to leave a vm and of course you didn't get a return call most of the time. They wouldn't call our realtor back most of the time either. We were going to pull our loan from them and go somewhere else but we were the promised at that time things would be better and they didn't but we were to vested to s... read more
