I think they do a wonderful job, when my electricity goes out, they have always got it fixed in record time. Only once was it out for days, that was due to heavy ice on the lines in the 30 years I've had my house, I know I wouldn't have wanted to get out on that freezing 🥶 weather. Thank God for the workers !!
On January 21, 2025 I received a call that our meter was not working properly from PEC. I was instructed to turn the electricity off at the main breaker and that they were dispatching a technician to inspect the problem. In a very short time two technicians were at our residence. A burnt wire going into the breaker was found. It was repaired very quickly. The technicians worked diligently to make sure our electricity was working properly after the repair. I build all around central Oklahoma, dealing with various co-ops & other utilities in the process. This co-op has the sorriest customer service of them all by far. I’ve called three times in the last ten days trying to get a simple service upgrade done on an existing house, and today I got the same message from Amanda I got last week from someone else. They only call to schedule appointments on Thursdays and this Thursday it’s too late, so it’ll be another week before I even get called back to schedule a time to get an engin... read more
New customer as of Feb '24 and let me say, each and EVERY TIME it even slightly rains in my area, electricity goes out. Each and every time we have to call and wait hours before service is restored. What is the deal???
New customer. Nice people. Their problem is in their response. You MUST call them every step of the way or you will not get anything done. Still waiting for a refund check from the install. Power outage from a storm today. Their app refuses to see me as a customer,,,infuriating,,, not sure when my power will be back on as I apparently have no way to report it after hours. On my generator now. Really feel welcome here.
