I am bedridden. I was in a lot of pain. I called this agency and not only did they send someone out to me but this person cleared the upset depressing and painful energy out of my apartment. I know I am in good hands now. The caregiver is extremely clean, and actually cares about me. I am not just some thing laying on the bed. And I appreciate it greatly. this agency is the worse. valerie is unprofessional and unethical. when onboarding, you sign paperwork regarding direct deposit. one month later, she states that she doesn't do direct deposit. my mom is an elderly patient with dementia and except for one person, every single person she has sent to my home has been unfit or never showed up. she also has withheld payment from me twice, which is illegal. currently, she owes me my last paycheck is nowhwere to be found. please NEVER EVER work for or hire this agency for your love... read more
