I was placed in one of their houses years back in the city site. Not only were many staff extremely rude and unprofessional and yelled at us constantly and verbally harasses constantly, they would get in her face yelling and act physically threatening towards us with not only hand gestures but they're tone of voice how loud they were, including how close they got to our faces. What a process it was but they held my hand through it all. Very communicative, respectful and understanding. I have been in my beautiful home for almost a year now and I couldn’t have done it without the help of this place.
