I absolutely love the Nurse Practitioner, Erin. I also appreciate the time they take with each question I have and the thoroughness of each appointment. I never feel rushed or like my concerns are ignored in the medical side of the clinic. The mental health side does need some improvement as it is difficult to get appointments since Helen Trotter left and sometimes feel that they are a bit stubborn when listening to issues regarding needs for changes in meds. I have all my healthcare providers in one place and I have a pharmacy right there to make any necessary changes to my medications. the front desk where I make my appointments the people are so nice especially Melissa. And I feel that I get personal care there. I've been going there for over 2 years now
They are understaffed currently NO Droctors. How can they be so negligent as to do nothing about replacing all the doctors that moved on to better practice? My labs were misinterpreted to me! I am VERY worried about my MRI results being read correctly. The waiting room at Health 360 is always full. They do not plan to get a doctor until summer! I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sara Castillo. It took me a long time to find a doctor who actually listens to me and trys to help me fix my health problems. It's so difficult now days to find a polite, caring, empathic doctor. And she is AWESOME. she actually cares. Highly recommended for family doctor or obstetrician.
