I went in for a pedicure and was extremely disappointed by the setup and what I got for the price I paid. The room was small, the massage chair chipped. I chose a gel pedicure and there were only 10 choices available. The service felt rushed, nothing like the time and effort that’s taken if you go to a nail salon. It’s obvious that what I paid for was the name of Charles Penzone. I am extremely disappointed and wish I hadn’t gone in.
I was running late due to the traffic at the light, but I still received my full 60 minute massage. Mary was amazing!!! And it was my first hot stone massage-I don’t think I will ever go back to a regular one!!
Go to Gahanna and go to Autum. She's great at razor cutting
