There was a little glitch in the system & I wasn’t able to get my scheduled 1 hr massage. They really stepped it up & made everything work. I only received a 30 minute massage but I was able to try a hot rock massage & it was complimentary. Then my scheduled 1 hr facial was FABULOUS! Customer service was alive & well at my visit. Thank you!
Not impressed this time around. I called to ask if they could look in their facial room for my wedding ring that i dropped there and they kept me on hold for 30 min and then never bothered to call me back. I spoke to go a lady named Shannon.
Been going to Kylie for years. She always does a great job. From advising me on the cut I want or the cut that looks best on me. To my color choice.
