I had an appointment to get my hair cut today at 5:00 pm. Got signed in at 4:45/4:50. Not offered anything to drink. Sat there until 5:20 with no one saying will be a bit longer or anything to drink...nothing and so I just left. Guess they didn't care.
Luxurious services, amazing products, beautiful and clean, and staff focused on you. Always a relaxing experience.
