I always have a great experience at Charles Penzone Grad Salon at Polaris! Anya is the absolutely best aesthetician EVER!!! Her facials are a-maz-ing!

I was treated to a birthday massage and must say, Logan was fantastic! I have never been to any Charles Penzone spas, and only have my spa experiences in Arizona to compare. (Sadly, Ohio doesn't compare.�) Will say the salon was pretty, the quiet room was quaint, and I cannot wait to try out ll experience with multiple services in the near future.
I had a facial with Mesha, on Friday. It was the best! Over an hour of pampering. She does a mini massage of the neck lower legs, feet, arms & hands. My skin was so soft and refreshed. So was my psyche after a loooong week.
My hair service with Tenell was awesome! She always does an amazing job. There was no waiting. I was served a soda, sat down to relax then Tenell called for me. She knows exactly which product to suggest for your hair. If you are looking for a stylist that is wonderful and leaves your Hair looking good, see Tenell. She is great!!
Jillian is the best! Great facility and products. All the staff members are helpful and polite.
My daughter and I normally see Scarlett, and I must say... She is awesome! She always does a great job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. My daughter was in yesterday to have her hair done for homecoming and it turned out absolutely beautiful. I love the atmosphere at the penzone, everyone there is super nice and very accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else. :) Angel
