Came out to do a repair with estimate/opinion whether we needed a new roof. technician was honest and said I had a few more years left on the roof and doing a repair would fix the issue, which it did. we appreciated their honesty and will be giving them our business for the new roof when the time comes.
Had a terrible experience with this roofer. Constant excuses to start the job,not enough shingle to finish, 2 leaks on my wife while in bed, seams not caulked, finally addressed with metal flashing . Thought I was done with this nightmare and 1 year later notice damage to my fascia board and soffit on my porch. I find out they left a lot of old shingle and splintered wood in the gutter which totally blocked the drain and created a beaver dam that roted the whole corner of the soffit and fascia, and end piece.
