I used to love going into the bank everyone was so pleasant, knew me by name and would help me no matter the situation. But now things are completely the opposite! I simply ask the teller if she could please check the mail because I have witnessed the night before crew unable to get to the mail and I just wanted her to double check for my check. Instead I get " I wasn't here last night but I'm sure it was checked" so I asked her if she knew who I was and I get "yeah I know who you are " I never like to complain but I NEED th... read more

I have had an account with this bank for 50 years! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have always felt like I am part of the Pentucket Bank family and I am glad! Shout out to Kishan who has recently helped us with business accounts. You exemplify Customer Service and always with a smile! My Bank!

Salem,Nh branch..Most of the tellers are just friendly enough to be considered "doing their job" but don't expect a true customer service experience. Oh and if you need to use the restroom better do so BEFORE you stop by the bank because you will be treated like a street bum and refused access to the facilities. I will say Renee is top notch! Very friendly and professional. 2018... I am updating my review of this bank. I have now been a customer for 3 years and every Friday I walk in they know my name, my Husband's name, my ... read more

Worst bank ever. Takes them weeks to get back to you on a simple pre-approval letter and if you ever try to contact anyone in the mortgage department they're conveniently in a meeting.
