Awful customer service and severely out dated web services and customer support. Tellers are rude and condescending. Never thought Bank of America would be a good option until dealing with these jokes of an institution.

My card randomly got shut off without anyone notifying me just a few weeks before Christmas and I have bills that are due. Now the banks been closed all weekend and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. The least that could’ve been done would be a phone call or email notifying me when and why my card got shut off, so I could finish my Christmas shopping and pay my bills! Have ALL my Christmas money and plenty to pay my bills with in my account, so that is not the issue. Do not recommend this bank.
