Salem,Nh branch..Most of the tellers are just friendly enough to be considered "doing their job" but don't expect a true customer service experience. Oh and if you need to use the restroom better do so BEFORE you stop by the bank because you will be treated like a street bum and refused access to the facilities. I will say Renee is top notch! Worst bank ever. Takes them weeks to get back to you on a simple pre-approval letter and if you ever try to contact anyone in the mortgage department they're conveniently in a meeting.
I've been going to pentucket bank all my life and there's no other bank that makes me feel as comfortable and good as I do when I walk in the door. The staff is great and I wouldn't want anyone to handle my business other than them. .. thank you! And happy valentine's day! #PBvalentines
