We have a home equity loan with Pentucket, the whole process was very fast and easy and the loan department was quick to respond and knowledgeable in answering any questions we had.
I have had a account with this bank since I was born. I have no reason to leave.
I used to love going into the bank everyone was so pleasant, knew me by name and would help me no matter the situation. But now things are completely the opposite! I simply ask the teller if she could please check the mail because I have witnessed the night before crew unable to get to the mail and I just wanted her to double check for my check.
