I have been trying to get a straight answer for a year regarding the monthly charge I am being billed by Pentec. They say something about not being a Medicare provider, but that is not true, then I was told it was to help offset the cost of the nurse coming to my house. That stopped the first of the year (I now have to drive 50 miles each way to get refilled), but I am still being charged. I even spoke with Medicare and they have no idea what this charge is for. Pentec needs to explain this much better than they have.
pentec is crooked. They billed me for 6 months of visits when i never had but 1.900 a month! They said their service is a monthly contract.I have no such agreement.
